Terms of Service

Effective date: July 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of the TrueParcel website and services. By using the site or our fulfillment services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

What we provide

TrueParcel LLC provides order fulfillment for e-commerce sellers, including receiving and storing inventory, picking, packing, and shipping orders, handling returns, and a client portal. Onboarding is invite-only.

Accounts

Access to the portal is provided by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Your responsibilities as a client

You agree to provide accurate order and inventory information, to have the right to give us the data you send about your customers, to sell only lawful products, and to follow the rules of the carriers and marketplaces you use.

Products we cannot handle

We cannot store or ship illegal, hazardous, counterfeit, or otherwise prohibited items, or anything outside what we have agreed to handle. We may refuse or return such items.

Fees and payment

Fees follow the rate card in your agreement and are billed through our payment provider as itemized invoices, with one line per service performed. Payment is due on the terms stated on each invoice.

Your separate service agreement

Paid fulfillment engagements are also governed by the service agreement you sign with us. If that signed agreement conflicts with these terms for paid services, the signed agreement controls.

Service provided as is

We work to meet the operating standards we publish, such as our accuracy commitment, but the site and services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those in your signed agreement or required by law. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers or other third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueParcel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as set out in your signed service agreement.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the services as described in your agreement. We may suspend or end access if these terms or your agreement are breached, or as required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown above, and continued use of the services means you accept the updated terms.
