TrueParcel LLC ("TrueParcel", "we", "us") provides order fulfillment services for e-commerce sellers. This policy explains what personal information we handle, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website and our fulfillment platform.
Who we are
TrueParcel LLC is a fulfillment company based in Kansas, United States. We store sellers' inventory and receive, pick, pack, and ship their orders, and we handle returns and related customer-side tasks.
Information we handle
Seller account data: business name, contact name, email, and login credentials. Fulfillment data that our seller clients provide about their orders and recipients: recipient name, shipping address, contact details, and order contents, which we use to ship each order. Payment details processed by our payment provider. Basic technical data such as log and device information when you use the site or portal.
How we use information
We use it only to run the service: to receive and store inventory, pick, pack, and ship orders, validate delivery addresses, handle returns, bill for services, provide support, keep the platform secure, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers listed below, and only so they can perform their function for us.
Service providers we use
Supabase (database and authentication hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Stripe (payment processing), ShipStation and shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx (shipping labels and tracking), USPS (delivery-address validation), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic (AI assistance for internal operations). Each provider processes data only to deliver its part of the service.
Recipient (end-customer) data
When a seller sends us data about their own customers so we can ship an order, the seller decides how that data is used and we act on the seller's behalf. If you are a recipient with a question about your data, please contact the seller you ordered from, and we will assist them as needed.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Some operational records, such as inventory and billing ledgers, are kept as an append-only history and are corrected with new entries rather than deletions.
Security
We protect data with access controls, row-level database security, and encryption in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to what is needed.
Your choices and requests
Sellers can view or update their account information in the portal, or email us to request access, correction, or deletion of their data. We honor valid requests except where we must keep certain records for legal reasons.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Where data is processed
TrueParcel operates in the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown above.
