How our order fulfillment works

Here is how our order fulfillment works: seven stages that carry an incoming order from your store to a shipped parcel and an honest invoice, run by our Kansas City 3PL. Every step is logged and every exception caught.

  1. 01

    Order in

    Orders come in by CSV today, from your TikTok Shop, Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, or eBay exports, with direct integrations rolling out as we grow. Everything normalizes to one shape.

  2. 02

    Intake & validation

    Each order is checked for a deliverable address, stock, and known SKUs. Anything wrong is flagged to the exceptions queue before it costs you a lost package.

    Pick

    Orders are batched into bin-ordered pick lists so the operator walks the shortest route and nothing is missed.

  4. 04

    Scan-verify pack

    Every item is barcode-scanned against the order. No shipping label prints until the scan matches. This is the accuracy moat.

  5. 05

    Ship

    We rate-shop your carriers and buy the label. You pay the real carrier cost plus a small, shown markup, never a hidden number.
